Donatella is the beating heart of Ella Fleur, the soul and creative mind driving the company forward. She carries on the family tradition with dedication and passion. The company has a history that begins back in 1960 with Giuliano's family, to which Donatella, known to all as Ella, joins and immediately becomes passionate about. Her international experiences and ongoing quest for inspiration make her a true expert in the world of floral design. She has studied at renowned academies and with prominent figures in the floral scene, including Carmelo and Vincenzo Antonuccio, Atelier 5 by Peter Hess, Nicol School by Marina Bulatova, Nobleman School by Anson Low, and she continues to attend masterclasses and workshops to refine her skills with Marie Helene Boson, Roman Steinhauer, Moss And Stone by Brigitte Girling, and Puscina Flowers. With her innate talent and love for nature, Donatella transforms each creation into a timeless work of art. She crafts floral arrangements that tell unique and exciting stories, celebrating the authentic beauty of nature and flowers. She personally selects the flowers for each individual event, managing to convey beauty and sophistication in every detail.

Giuliano is the essential cornerstone of Ella Fleur, embodying the strength and creativity that define our brand. From a young age, he joins and participates in the family business, where he immediately understands that he will continue the tradition of authentic work with passion and dedication. It will be his future, his life, his passion. A passion that, a few years after its inception, he shares with Donatella, who becomes part of it. As Donatella's husband and proud father of Giulia, he shares the same passion for floral art. He is the mastermind behind every structure, the genius behind every project. His skill in creating unique elements, combined with a profound understanding of materials and techniques, brings to life unique and tailor-made scenographies.
